自公司创办以来，原创设计团队成立，并发展出三大方向和特色。

Since the establishment of the company, our original design team was oriented with following core values :

第一，注重创新，追求细致工艺。设计方向明确，根据流行元素创作出发，严谨开发和挑选每一季衣服的设计款式、使用面料、颜色、辅料，再敲定开发和生产。

1. Innovation : We aim to create dresses with fashion trend plus with our unique technical artwork elements. Therefore we use to source and select appropriate fabric 、popular colors and accessories before we finalize the new development and production.

第二，注重原创专利。为了保护整个团队的创作心血，公司每年会申请专利，去维护自身的权益，保持设计的独有性。

2. Original patent : In order to protect the creative efforts of the whole team, our company will apply for patents every year to protect its own rights and interests and maintain the uniqueness of the design.

第三，注重人才培养，与校企进行合作。目前已与广东白云学院进行多次合作，其中包括教学演讲、寒假兼职、毕业生招聘等，被校方授予企业实践教学基地的荣誉，同时也为公司储备人才。

3. Talent training : At present, we have cooperated with Guangdong Baiyun University for many times, including teaching speech, part-time job in winter vacation, graduate recruitment, etc. We have been awarded the honor of enterprise practice teaching base by the university and also reserve talents for the company.
